More About Deerflies

Deerfly Patches are a non chemical, odorless protection from biting deer flies.

Deerfly Patches are the only effective protection from Deerflies (also called Marsh flies, May flies, Sheep flies, Yellow Flies, and Greenheads. ) They are not a conventional bug repellent. They do not repel, but rather, "grab" any deerfly buzzing around you. Placed on the hat or cap, the deerflies zero in on the 2" by 6" flesh colored patch as a "good feeding place", land, and are held by the special adhesive on the patch. Once people use Deerfly Patches they come back for more because they work.

Conventional insect repellents do not repel deerflies.

Deerfly Patches were field tested by the Michigan Department of Fisheries and Wildlife, Ohio State University, and the North American Hunting Club. They all recommend them.

Used by fishermen, hunters, gardeners, golfers, hikers, bikers, campers, cottagers, canoeists, construction workers, farmers, forestry workers, and for horseback riding.
